1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting, accessing, or playing games on Arcade 9ja (operating under arcade.ng), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use Arcade 9ja.

2. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY

ALL PURCHASES OF DIGITAL VIRTUAL CURRENCY (LAGOS COINS), IN-GAME ASSETS, MASCOT COSMETICS, AND PRESTIGE UNLOCKS ARE FINAL AND 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Immediate Consumption of Digital Goods: You explicitly acknowledge and consent that digital virtual coins and wardrobe cosmetics are delivered and made available immediately upon payment confirmation via our payment processor (Bachs). Consequently, your statutory right of withdrawal or refund expires immediately upon order fulfillment.
• No Cash Equivalency: Virtual coins, tokens, and prestige ratings possess no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for legal tender, and are strictly non-transferable outside of Arcade 9ja.
• Prohibition of Chargebacks: Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal after digital delivery has occurred constitutes a material breach of these terms. Arcade 9ja will immediately terminate the associated account, revoke all unlocked items and prestige rank, and report fraudulent transactions to relevant banking and payment compliance networks.

3. Payment Processing via Bachs

Digital payments on arcade.ng are orchestrated and processed securely by Bachs (bachs.io). Arcade 9ja does not store or process debit/credit card numbers or sensitive financial credentials. By completing a transaction through Bachs, you agree to comply with Bachs payment terms and confirm that you are authorized to utilize the selected payment instrument.

4. Fair Play & Anti-Cheating

Arcade 9ja is built on fair community competition. Players agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or external hacks to manipulate round timers or answer verification.
• Engage in multi-accounting or collusion in multiplayer rooms.
• Transmit abusive, defamatory, or hateful language in gamer nicknames or community chat.

Violation of fair play guidelines will result in permanent disqualification and banning without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Arcade 9ja is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not warrant that gameplay will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall Arcade 9ja or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from gameplay, internet latency, or third-party network outages.
